The World Health Service (WHS) is a financial and governance vehicle designed to scale proven, community-based healthcare models. Operating as a component fund of Legacy Global Programs (a 501(c)(3) public charity), WHS bridges the gap between local health innovations and institutional capital.

• Global Social Prescribing Alliance (GSPA): Transforming social care into recognized clinical assets by connecting individuals to non-clinical, community-based solutions (such as arts, culture, nature-based mindfulness, and inclusive sports) to address the root social determinants of health.
• WHIS Tech & Assistive Innovation: Utilizing digital health, the WHIS Super App, and AI to make wellness tracking, safe peer connection, and social prescribing accessible to everyone, everywhere—including advocating for affordable assistive technologies to promote independence.
