Suhail brings an extraordinary breadth of cross-sector expertise to this strategic leadership role. A former employment rights lawyer, healthcare investor advisor, and author of the LaingBuisson UK Healthcare Workforce and Recruitment Report, Suhail has spent over two decades advising leadership teams across healthcare, technology, energy, professional services, and the public sector both in the UK and internationally.

As host of the acclaimed Voices of Care podcast, creator of the W.I.S.D.O.M. Programme™, and author of Meet the CEOand Many Mansions, his career is defined by a deep commitment to workforce resilience, human-centred leadership, and whole-person wellbeing.

As Chair, Suhail will guide the strategic trajectory of WHIS at Work as we scale our preventive health and workforce wellbeing solutions globally. His leadership will focus on:
