Presenting Innovation Centres Concept at High-Level Dialogue on Private Sector Development
Brussels, Belgium – The Areopa Group were invited to present the Innovation Centres concept at the High-Level Dialogue on Private Sector Development (PSD) held on 13–14 February 2025 in Brussels, Belgium.
Hosted by the Organisation of African, Caribbean, and Pacific States** (OACPS)**, with the support of the European Union, the event marked the conclusion of the Business ACP Facility (B-ACP) and served as a strategic platform to reflect on past achievements, celebrate the B-ACP legacy, and discuss future pathways for private sector development in OACPS nations.
During the event, Ludo Pyis presented the Innovation Centres concept (Healthtech, Agritech etc with partners World Health Innovation Summit WHIS), which aims to foster entrepreneurship, knowledge-sharing, and capacity-building to drive sustainable economic growth. These centres will serve as hubs for collaboration between businesses, policymakers, and development organisations, enabling innovative solutions to address socio-economic challenges.
