🇻🇦 1. Designing the Post-Pandemic Future: The Vatican COVID-19 Commission
True leadership is defined in moments of acute global crisis. Following the outbreak of the pandemic, I was formally appointed to serve on Pope Francis’s Vatican COVID-19 Commission within Working Group 2 (Looking to the Future).
Tasked directly by the Holy See to collaborate with global experts, economists, and public health leaders, our mission was to prepare blueprints for a healthier, more equitable world in the wake of the pandemic. It was during this intense period of global restructuring that the vital link between ecological health, community connection, and systemic healthcare resilience became undeniable.
The insights, trust, and deep moral imperative forged within the Vatican Commission directly informed the creation of the Universal Narrative and the Four Zones delivery models. When you are called upon by a sovereign leader to help map out the future of global societal health, you learn that systems must be built on total equity, truth, and absolute structural transparency.
🏛️ 2. The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 78) Ecosystem
In September 2023, the world’s primary diplomatic matrix gathered in New York City for the 78th United Nations General Assembly. During this critical window, the Innovation Value Institute (IVI) convened the Third Digital Health Symposium, focused heavily on moving global health systems from “Ambition to Action” to accelerate UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being).
The global healthcare crisis requires systemic theories of the business, such as the “Stay Left, Shift Left, 10X” strategy—keeping well people healthy at home, shifting acute patients rapidly back into the community, and using scalable innovations to make care 10X better, faster, and more affordable.
It was within this elite intergovernmental framework, on September 27, 2023, that the Global Social Prescribing Alliance (GSPA) framework was formally presented to global health ministers, clinical leaders, and academic authorities. Standing alongside world-class minds like Professor Piero Formica, we delivered the unified blueprint for One Health & Social Prescribing.
The Public Record: On the official United Nations assembly symposium ledger, our organization’s leadership structure was permanently codified on the international diplomatic stage, cementing our executive role as Chief Executive Officer of the Global Social Prescribing Alliance.

Our leadership footprint extended directly into the Nordic healthcare ecosystem through active collaboration with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health of Finland at the Radical Health Festival in Helsinki.
Finland has long been a global pioneer in digital public infrastructure and structural health equity. Operating alongside European policy champions and healthcare visionaries including Päivi Sillanaukee (Programme Director at the Finnish Ministry of Social Affairs and Health) and Juha Jolkkonen (Chair of the Festival Steering Group) our panels focused on breaking down institutional silos.

To anchor this infrastructure on the world stage, we carried our delivery models straight to the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM - show report****) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) frameworks are actively shaped. At the summit, I was invited by the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA) to lead the vital sector focus during their high-level masterclass, “Attracting institutional investment: why and how to do it.” As investment promotion evolves, Investment Promotion Agencies (IPAs) are increasingly tasked with engaging institutional capital to build public-private collaborations and achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Presenting alongside Courtney Fingar (Senior Advisor at WAIPA) and chairing panels across these elite sessions, I delivered the strategic briefing on Institutional Investment Opportunities in Healthcare. By positioning preventive frameworks as core targets for long-term institutional capital, we demonstrated exactly how global financial structures can be aligned to fund community-driven wellbeing and sustainable infrastructure.
