Healthcares is way off track - SDG3 we have nearly half of the world’s population lack basic access to healthcare.

UNGA78 brings an opportunity for sustainable change

Yesterday at United Nations in New York we heard of the heartbreaking story of a person with a rare medical condition who has no access to any treatment in Brazil. His wife gave a passionate plea for help. She spoke of the constant pain he is in and that there are millions in his position in Brazil.

A plea for help - millions are suffering in Brazil with no access to healthcare or treatment.

Is this the future we want? Pain and suffering for millions?

Since 2018 we’ve had our proof of concept World Health Innovation Summit CIC that delivers on the message “Think globally, act locally” by working locally in their own communities and cities by delivering local programmes that consider the health of the entire planet 🌍

Our initial findings pointed to an opportunity to deliver £1 invested £36 SROI.

What we need now is to bring all stakeholders together and deliver a sustainable world.

We’ll be working with our partners at UNGA to bridge and work with the finance sector to bring these solutions global.

Our strategy is World Health Innovation Summit CIC is to develop local innovation hubs in Cities that springboard ideas worldwide and through our Healthy Cities Initiative we’re working with The Good Economy to bring impact investors to the table to support Health projects in the UK to start.
