World Health Innovation Summit (WHIS)

Convening global leaders to transform health, prevention and wellbeing — for people and planet.

Mission

Our Mission
WHIS is accelerating the shift from reactive “sick-care” to proactive, preventive health systems — improving wellbeing, reducing inequalities, and building healthier societies for future generations.

Our leadership has advised at the highest levels, contributed to Pope Francis’s Vatican COVID-19 Commission, and co-founded the Global Social Prescribing Alliance, reflecting our role as a trusted pioneer shaping global health innovation.

What We Do

WHIS convenes leaders across health, policy, finance, technology, and communities to turn ideas into action.

Through:

  • Global and city-based summits
  • Strategic roundtables and leadership forums
  • Festivals and community programmes

We focus on prevention, innovation, health equity, and sustainable health systems.

Alongside our flagship events, we co-design bespoke health and wellbeing events for governments, cities, and organisations.

Our Approach

WHIS is not a traditional events organiser — we are a trusted convenor.

Every WHIS partnership is:

  • Purpose-led – aligned to health outcomes and societal impact
  • Strategic – designed around policy, workforce, or system priorities
  • Credible – grounded in global expertise and lived experience
  • Action-oriented – focused on solutions, not just conversation

Programs & Impact

WHIS translates innovation into real-world delivery across the life course:

  • WHISKids – Inspiring healthy futures for children
  • WHISatWork – Workforce wellbeing and productivity
  • WHISSeniors – Ageing with dignity and vitality
  • WHISGreen – Healthier people, healthier planet

  • Convening power – Access to cross-sector decision-makers and communities
  • Strategic design – Events aligned to policy, workforce, and system priorities
  • Action orientation – Focus on outcomes, not just discussion
  • Global reach – International network with local delivery capability
