In a landmark celebration of leadership, impact, and national contribution, Ms. Snigdha Verma, CEO of Peepal and Co-Chair of WHIS India, was recently conferred the prestigious Prerna Deep Samman at the NBT Utsav 2026.

Organized by the Times of India Group—India’s number one media house—to commemorate the 80th landmark year of Navbharat Times, the grand event brought together the nation’s foremost leaders from government, business, media, and civil society to honour individuals who have played a pivotal role in shaping contemporary India.

The event kicked off with a powerful collaborative message. Mr. Gareth Presch (Founder and CEO of the World Health Innovation Summit - WHIS) alongside Ms. Snigdha Verma, addressed the distinguished participants and dignitaries.

The Honourable Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt. Rekha Gupta, presented the coveted Prerna Deep Samman to Ms. Verma. This award stands as a testament to Snigdha’s unwavering commitment to healthcare innovation, leadership at Peepal, and her vision as the Co-Chair of WHIS India.
